Rights Upon Disenrollment

To learn more about your rights upon disenrollment, please refer to Chapter 10 of the Evidence of Coverage. To access this document, visit our home page and choose your state and county. Then visit our Explore your Plans section, select your plan in the left-hand column, and select "Evidence of Coverage" to view the document. If you have questions or would like assistance with this process, please feel free to contact us.


Reporting Fraud, Waste and Abuse

Arkansas Community Care takes an active role in Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse prevention within its Medicare Advantage Program and is required by federal regulations to respond promptly to fraudulent conduct.

You may report Fraud, Waste and Abuse through one of the following anonymous methods. Anonymity will be retained to the extent that it does not interfere with investigation results.
